These Terms of Service apply to the 2min2speak website (blog.2min2speak.com) and to the content and tools published by 2min2speak.
1. About 2min2speak
2min2speak is an English-speaking practice program run by Sophie Tran: 3 sessions a week, 15 minutes each, to speak English with confidence for 2 minutes. Contact: 2min2speak@gmail.com.
2. YouTube API Services
2min2speak uses the YouTube API Services to publish its own educational videos on its own YouTube channel. The tool that does this is internal and is used only by the channel owner.
By using 2min2speak, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Data related to YouTube is handled under the Google Privacy Policy and our Privacy Policy.
3. Use of the content
- Lessons, audio, videos, worksheets and ebooks are for personal learning only.
- You may not copy, resell or republish them without written permission from 2min2speak.
- Videos on our YouTube channel may be watched and shared using YouTube's own features, under the YouTube Terms of Service.
4. Learner commitments
- Provide accurate information when signing up.
- Learners under 18 sign up with a parent's agreement, as described in our learner privacy policy.
- Be respectful in comments and messages.
5. Personal data
How we collect, use and delete personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and our learner privacy policy.
6. Limitation of liability
2min2speak provides learning content "as is". We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee specific results such as exam scores.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version.
